The Dude Abides comes from punk/folk troubadour and singer songwriter Greg Rekus, hailing from Canada his music is much enjoyed here at ethical WARES.

10 energetic acoustic tracks, catchy tunes and always engaging lyrics (with a more than passing sound to Elvis Costello in our humble opinion) make for a real treat.
Lyrically covering life, politics (‘If we build bombs then we’ll probably have war, but if we build houses we could house the poor’ is particularly fine) and enjoying the odd drink.
